Sublimation printing on textiles is a modern and extremely effective printing technique in which colors are vaporized directly into the fabric. This creates bright, color-intensive and long-lasting prints that neither fade nor peel off. Another advantage of this process is the soft feel of the end product, as the color is fully integrated into the material and does not form an additional layer on the surface. Sublimation printing is particularly suitable for polyester fabrics, as these absorb the color pigments optimally. It is often used for the production of banners, advertising flags and textile and backlit coverings, as the prints are wash-resistant and retain their quality over a long time. 

We produce using the P5 TEX iSUB from Durst, a sublimation printer specially developed for high-precision textile printing. With this system we print textiles in roll widths of up to 3.2 m. The innovative iSUB contactless technology ensures that colors are applied evenly and sharply. A major advantage of the system is the stable color consistency – the colors remain strong and precise throughout the entire printing process, which leads to an excellent end result. The P5 TEX iSUB shows its full strength, especially with detailed designs, fine text, color gradients and large-format photos and illustrations, and delivers razor-sharp results. In this way, we guarantee exceptionally good print quality, which leaves an impressive impact, especially with large-format textile prints at trade fairs, events and shows. 
 

Textile printing at an affordable price 

As standard, we process materials such as DekoPolSol, Dekolight, Deko Stretch, Blockout, Backlit and flag fabrics in various grammages. These materials impress with their typical textile properties such as flexibility, easy handling, low weight and adaptability to different surfaces. In addition to finishing the fabrics with piping, hemstitching or tensioning tape, we also supply the fabrics produced in textile printing unfinished on a roll or folded at a particularly attractive price. Our fabrics correspond to at least fire protection class 1, are washable and UV-resistant. The simple and cost-effective transport is particularly practical – even large-format textile coverings can be folded up to a small size and shipped without any problems.
