Canvas coverings

Prints on canvas create a special spatial effect and find their use above all in the decorative equipment of living and office space. The slightly textured surface of the canvas enlivens your image and gives even subjects that are not optimal quality (slightly out of focus or pixelated, coarse-grained) a high-quality image effect. In the field of solid solid wood support frames, we usually use a 4.5 cm wide stretcher bar, which ensures the highest possible freedom from distortion due to multiple gluing of the wood. This frame thickness is suitable for frames up to a dimension of 2.5 x 3 m. We recommend an inner cross for stabilization from a format of 1 x 1 m, which expands proportionally to the image format.

The motif for the canvas covering is printed on canvas with environmentally friendly, UV-stable latex printing. The fabric resembles the linen fabric used by painters and has traditionally found its use in reproductions of works of art. After printing, the canvas is mounted on the stretcher. Here we stretch the motif over the edges of the frame, so that your motif can fully unfold its spatial effect.
